Total paid time
37.5 hours
Times are clock-time durations, with exact minutes summed before display rounding. Leave both times blank and the break at zero to skip a day. This weekly estimate does not determine overtime eligibility, paid breaks or daylight-saving adjustments.
Paid minutes = elapsed shift minutes − unpaid break minutes. Weekly hours = total paid minutes / 60.
A 09:00–17:00 shift with a 30-minute unpaid break gives 7.5 paid hours. Five such days total 37.5 hours. At a regular rate of 20, with no premium hours, the gross-pay estimate is 750.
Enter the shift on its starting day and tick Ends next day. For example, 22:00 to 06:00 with a 30-minute unpaid break is 7.5 paid hours. Do not enter that same shift again on the next row.
The break field subtracts time, so enter unpaid breaks only. Whether a particular break should be paid depends on the applicable rules and your arrangement.
